Need a hand?

Email us. A practicing rehab therapist and the person who built the app read every message, and you will hear back from one of them rather than from a ticketing system.

hello@groupflorehab.com

We aim to reply within two business days. If something has gone wrong during a live group and you need an answer quickly, say so in the subject line.

Reporting a problem with a session

If an activity ran short, the prompts drifted off theme, or something did not match the goals you asked for, use Report a problem inside the app rather than writing to us from memory.

Tap the flag icon in the top bar while the session is still open. The app writes the report for you, including exactly which activity and which prompts were on screen. That detail is what makes a content problem fixable, and it is almost impossible to reconstruct an hour later.

You will see the entire report before anything is sent, and it goes from your own email account. Reports arrive at feedback@groupflorehab.com.

Your subscription

GroupFlo is $49.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial. One subscription covers the therapist using it, on every iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple Account.

Managing or cancelling

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are managed in your Apple Account rather than in the app:

  1. 1Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. 2Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. 3Choose GroupFlo

Or go directly to https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Restoring a purchase

Changed iPad, or reinstalled the app, and being asked to subscribe again? Tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that bought it, since that is what the entitlement is attached to.

If restore finds nothing and you believe you have paid, email us and we will help you work out which Apple Account holds it.

Refunds

Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong — if the app failed you, we want to know regardless of the refund.

Using GroupFlo without a signal

The app works fully offline. Every activity and prompt is built into the app itself, so a basement gym with no reception changes nothing about how a session runs.

If the App Store cannot be reached when the app opens, GroupFlo does not lock you out. A therapist standing in front of a group should never be blocked by a network problem, so the app assumes good faith and carries on.

Facilities and multiple therapists

Licensing a whole department works differently from the App Store subscription. Team seats are $39.99 per therapist per year, from six therapists upwards, arranged by written agreement and invoiced directly rather than bought on the App Store.

The difference that matters is ownership. An App Store subscription belongs to the therapist’s own Apple Account and leaves with them. Team seats belong to the facility, so when a therapist moves on, the seat is reassigned to whoever replaces them.

Five therapists or fewer, buying individually on the App Store is simpler. The saving would be under $60 and the agreement, purchase order and device rollout cost more than that in time on both sides.

Write to sales@groupflorehab.com with the number of therapists and the setting, and we will send terms.

Privacy and compliance questions

GroupFlo collects no data of any kind. Our privacy policy explains this feature by feature, in the detail a compliance reviewer needs.

If your facility has questions the policy does not answer, write to founder@groupflorehab.com. That reaches the owner of the company directly, not a support queue.
